You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you received the goods.

How to Cancel

Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days using the same payment method you used for the original order. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

• The goods are unused

• You have informed us by email before returning the goods

Goods Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

• Goods not suitable for return due to their nature (e.g., custom-made or special-order ramps)

• Goods that are damaged

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
